EOP-TRIP-7 — Rediagnosis
Purpose
Provides guidance for rediagnosis of plant conditions when the CRS is uncertain about the current event classification or procedure transition. Allows systematic reassessment of symptoms to determine the correct EOP path.
Key Actions / Information
Exam — 2022 Q25
EOP-TRIP-7 directs transitions based on symptom assessment. Rising SG WR level + SG blowdown radiation alarm (2R19A) with lowering RCS pressure/PZR level and stable SG pressures are symptoms of a SGTR — transition to EOP-SGTR-1. These are NOT symptoms of a faulted SG (LOSC-1) or LOCA (LOCA-1). EOP-TRIP-3 only transitions to LOCA-1, LOCA-2, and IOP procedures — it cannot reach SGTR-1.
