OHA H-27 (GEN VREG TRBL): When the AVR swaps to Manual, the Shift Manager is required to notify ESOC (Electric System Operation Center) within 15 minutes of receiving the alarm. Also notify the ER&T Generation Desk who will make appropriate notifications to PJM. The notification goes to ESOC, not Hope Creek, even though Hope Creek shares the same switchyard.
